# Contact WhisperChat | Support, Sales and Security

> How to reach WhisperChat: support and sales email, the in-product chat widget, documentation, and where to send security or billing questions.

WhisperChat is an AI chatbot for website customer support, built and operated by the team behind [Terabits](https://www.terabits.xyz/). Every enquiry below reaches a person, not a queue robot — though the chatbot in the corner of this site will answer most product questions immediately, because it is the product, trained on these pages.

## Product support

Something not working, a chatbot answering badly, training that will not finish, billing or refunds on an existing subscription. Include your account email and the chatbot ID (the dashboard shows it next to each bot) so the reply can be specific rather than a request for more detail.

## Sales and partnerships

Questions about which plan fits, volume beyond the Scale plan, agency and reseller arrangements, or Odoo implementation partnerships. There is no gated demo and no sales call required to try the product — the free plan needs no card.

Report a suspected vulnerability or ask a data-protection question with “Security” in the subject line. Our data handling is described in the privacy policy; the terms of service cover the contractual side.
